Thank You

Last night we had another fundraiser for Trax FM in conjunction with the Pirie Community and Sporting Club. A big thank you to the Club and the Billy Goat Hill Band for providing the facilities and the music on the night. We had a wonderful time and caught up with many family and friends during the evening. The dance floor was busy all night and the friday night meals provided by Trevor were great. Thank you to Judy for all your work putting it together. Rhonda and Rose from Trax FM organised the raffles and Vicki answered all the questions that people may have had. Thank you also to the Savoy Soccer Club who donated prizes for our door raffle when they heard we were having a fundraiser.

Music Music Music

Our next Music Extravaganza is schedule for Friday 11th October 2019 at the Port Pirie Community Club on Broadway Road Port Pirie. This is a combined event between the Community Club and Trax FM with the admission charge and raffles in aid of Trax FM. Radio Reading

Our Radio Reading programme on Sunday nights at 7pm continues tonight. This programme has been well received by those people who have problems reading our local newspaper. If you would like to send feedback to our station please email secretary@traxfm.org.au. we would love to hear from you with your thoughts and comments. We already have some ideas to expand this programme to cover other material that may not be easily accessible listeners in our broadcast area.

Port Pirie Masters Games

Well the Port Pirie Masters Games are over and what a thrilling 10 days it has been bringing you interviews and results and catching up with the really wonderful people in our area who organise sport for the various organisations. The crew at Trax FM appreciate the time you spent with us talking sport. Well done to all of the organisers out there who were involved from the various clubs. Without you the competition would not have gone ahead, and we would not have access the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness that you have expressed to us and our listeners through your interviews. We have made friends and have already a few things in the pipeline for the future.
