A General Meeting of Trax FM will be held on Tuesday 6th April (straight after Easter) in the Harness Racing hall commencing at 7pm. All members should attend. Topics for discussion are:
Licence area restrictions
Bullying and Sexual Harassment policies
Membership fees and catagories
any other business that the Chairperson accepts on the night.
The Annual General Meeting of Trax FM will be held on Wednesday 4th November commencing at 7pm at the Phoenix Park Trotting Hall. Due to COVID19 restrictions there is a limitation on the number of people attending. Everyone is welcome but only financial members can vote or stand for positions on the Board. Attendees will need to provide contact tracing details and observe COVID19 spacing in the hall. Nominations for the Board are now open. The application form is on the station noticeboard. Applications close Wednesday 28th October at 5pm.
